Skip-Level Meetings in the U.S. Tech Industry

This page provides resources about Dr. Blacher's research on skip-level meetings at work, which is among the first and very few academic studies on the topic.
It currently includes a research poster and a short paper that briefly describe the research and some of its insights, as well as the underlying PhD Dissertation on which they were based.
The poster and short paper are scheduled to be presented at the 2025 European Conference on Management, Leadership, and Governance, and the short paper is published in the conference's proceedings.
Two related manuscripts are currently under review in academic journals.
